  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed as prescribed.

  • The associate will need to have an understanding of grain equipment that includes operation and basic maintenance.
  • Daily operation of grain handling equipment to deliver the appropriate rice from the bins to the production lines. 
  • Ensure that rice types are not mixed to avoid unnecessary monetary losses. 
  • Ability to grade rice as needed. 
  • Ability to operate a forklift as needed. 
  • Ability to work at heights as needed.
  • Overtime and weekends as needed.

Requirements:  

  • Previous experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing setting.  Grain experience is a plus.
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Able to lift 50lb+s as required; the associate will spend up to 60-80% of their time on the production floor in a hot environment.
