Standing/Walking: Minimum of 7-8 hours to a maximum of 11-12 hours per shift. Most standing or walking is done on anti-fatigue floor mats.

Trimming and Cutting: Using a 2" or 3" knife to manually cut or trim excess flash from part.

Torching: Using hand-held liquid propane fueled torch to smooth areas with excess flash.

Bending and/or Squatting, Lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively, Carrying items up to 50lbs for a distance of up to 10 feet

Preventative Maintenance Cleaning using OSHA approved air nozzle, specialized tools, and personal protective equipment

Inspection: visually inspecting parts, or raw materials, for quality, color, and overall appearance

Knowledge of quality measurement tools (calipers, PI tapes, Go/No Go gauges, gap/warp gauges, push/pull meters, height gauges, scales, and transferring readings to audit documents
